AgentJack ("we", "our", "us") is a product of Kraliki s.r.o., registered in the Czech Republic. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information. Email address, display name, and authentication data provided during sign-up or SSO login.
Usage Data. Agent conversations, automation logs, integration actions, and workspace configuration stored within your tenant.
Technical Data. IP address, browser type, device information, and usage analytics collected automatically.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Providing and maintaining the AgentJack platform
- Processing agent tasks and automation workflows you configure
- Improving our product and user experience
- Communicating about your account and service updates
- Ensuring platform security and preventing fraud
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers essential to platform operation (hosting, payment processing), AI model providers used to process your agent requests, and when required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Workspace data may be retained for up to 90 days for backup recovery purposes unless you request immediate deletion.
6. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Each tenant's data is isolated. We implement regular security audits and access controls.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
